David Miller

Mr. Miller joined the Lombard International Board of Directors in July 2015 and chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
In addition to Lombard International Group, Mr. Miller currently serves on a number of other company boards where he holds various positions including Chairman of J.G Wentworth, Chair of the Compensation Nomination and Governance Committee of Stonemor, Chairman of the Compensation Committee of Ellington Residential Mortgage REIT, and is Chair of the Risk & Control Committee at Prima Assicurazioni. Mr. Miller is also a member of the Board of Supervisors of Tredyffrin Township.
Mr. Miller served as a Senior Advisor to the Blackstone Tactical Opportunities Fund from 2015 until 2018. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Miller served as CEO and Chairman of JGWPT Inc. (the holding company for J.G.Wentworth and Peachtree) which, over the course of his 5 plus year tenure transformed it into a NYSE listed company.
Prior to JGWPT, Mr. Miller was Executive Vice-President at Ace’s International, President and CEO of Kemper Auto and Home Insurance (KAH), and COO of Providian Direct Insurance.
Mr. Miller began his insurance career with Progressive Insurance where he held various positions over his seven-year career including Division Controller, Senior Product Manager and National Customer Manager.
Mr. Miller has a BSEE in electrical engineering from Duke University and a MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller was a member of the NYSE.
