On Thursday 30 April Lombard International Assurance was honoured with the Special Editor’s award in the 2015 WealthBriefing European Awards. The award was presented at a prestigious gala event held at the Guildhall in London.

Lombard International Assurance was nominated in the Private Placement Life Insurance (“PPLI”) category, further to a submission made by Simon Gorbutt and Steve Sayer of our Wealth Structuring Solutions team. Life insurance companies which were competing in the category offer open architecture insurance solutions to private banks, asset managers and others for the custody and management of investments supporting the value of those insurance solutions.
