Lombard International Assurance, the global leader in wealth structuring solutions, today announces the opening of a representative office of Lombard Intermediation Services in Paris. The move serves to increase the firm’s proximity to its French domestic partner distribution network.
The representative office located in Paris is operated by Lombard Intermediation Services, a wholly owned distribution company of Lombard International Assurance based in Luxembourg. The office demonstrates Lombard International Assurance’s continued intent to deepen relationships with its partners (typically private banks, family offices, wealth planners) and showcase its expertise in the area of cross-border portability.
A team dedicated to the French market is in place in Paris, Luxembourg and Geneva. The Paris office is managed by Régis Gaston-Breton, Head of Domestic French Market, and Pierre-Alix Jean, Relationship Manager France who joined in March. Zulmiro Da Costa and Julien Martin-Rosset, both Senior Relationship Managers, are based in Luxembourg and Geneva respectively. Overall responsibility for the French market rests with Luca Bertacchi, Regional Director Central & Southern Europe, based in Luxembourg.
Régis Gaston-Breton previously worked as Sales Executive Director in Paris for UBS Asset Management (France), the asset management arm of UBS in Paris. With over 17 years specialising in the sector, Régis has extensive experience in the sales coverage of third party partners and internal wealth management channels.
Pierre-Alix Jean previously worked as Senior Sales Manager, covering Corporates and Institutional clients for HSBC Global Asset Management, KBL Richelieu Banque Privée and AXA Investment Managers. With more than 13 years’ experience, Pierre-Alix brings specialist knowledge in the provision of tailored investment solutions.
