Our donations, charitable partnerships and volunteering initiatives address key environmental and social issues aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), going beyond simply committing to financial donations.

Baltic Sea Foundation is a Finnish non-profit organisation protecting the environment and wildlife. In critical condition, the Baltic Sea is considered one of the most polluted seas in the world. Lombard International Group supports the Baltic Sea Action protecting the environment and wildlife.

Charity Miles

In partnership with Charity Miles, our Group sponsored colleagues around the world to raise money for the charity of their choice by walking, running or cycling. This partnership reinforces our commitment to our colleagues wellbeing and happiness, so they can bring the best version of themselves to work, every day. It also brings together and connects all of our colleagues around the world in a united mission, to get moving and make a difference.

Community Partnership School (CPS)

Vital to the positive evolution of our society, to build a better, kinder and more sustainable economy and social environment for the future, we are proud to support the education and engagement of Philadelphia’s youth in need via our longstanding charitable partnership with the Community Partnership School (CPS), in North Central Philadelphia. CPS is an innovative, independent elementary school that provides affordable, high-quality education to children from low-income backgrounds.

Kriibskrank Kanner Foundation

Fondation Kriibskrank Kanner is a Luxembourg-based foundation which supports and nurtures children in their fight against cancer. Our Group reaffirmed its support in 2021, helping research programs and efforts to provide support to families who are fighting cancer or life threatening disease.

Lord Mayor’s Giving Day: City of London

City Giving Day works with City firms to lend a helping hand to charities, community groups and those working to protect the environment. City Giving Day’s charity partners include Samaritans, Place2Be, The Duke of Edinburgh Award and On Side Youth Zones.

Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the largest British charities and provides specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer. It also looks at the social, emotional and practical impact cancer can have, and campaigns for better cancer care.

MDRT Foundation

Charitable arm of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the association of financial services
professionals in the U.S., the MDRT Foundation reflects the caring and sharing spirit of its global membership. The MDRT Foundation has several categories of grant funding that are awarded to charitable organisations throughout the year.

MSF’s COVID-19 Crisis Fund

In 2021, Lombard International Group continued to partner with Médecins Sans Frontières, reaffirming its financial support to their many endeavours in response to the global health challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequential impacts to vulnerable populations and communities around the world.

One Tree Planted’s Million Tree Challenge

One Tree Planted is a reforestation non-profit organisation. Lombard International Group planted 10,000 trees that will be located in Minnesota’s Chippewa National Forest, covering over 600,000 acres. The initiative is part of One Tree Planted’s Million Tree Challenge, in which 100 companies commit to each planting 10,000 trees.

Stëmm vun der Stroos

 

Stëmm vun der Stroos is a Luxembourg non-profit organisation which supports the social and professional integration of those in Luxembourg who need help. Our 2021 donation was made possible through the sale of our old IT equipment to the colleagues.

Team Rynkeby

 

Our Nordic teams support Team Rynkeby, which is a Nordic charity cycling team who cycle to Paris every year for the benefit of children suffering from critical illnesses. Team Rynkeby consists of 2,250 cyclists and 360 volunteers distributed across 65 local teams in nine countries.

The Blevins Franks Charitable Foundation

The Blevins Franks Charitable Foundation supports over 150 separate causes including organisations that provide care to disadvantaged children, foodbanks, community projects, cancer and other healthcare support, animal rescue, homelessness charities and specialist medical treatment for individuals in need.

Tree Nation

Tree Nation is an international NGO which supports reforestation programmes across the globe. Lombard International Group has planted 550 trees, one tree for each of its employees across the globe, as part of a reforestation project in Burgundy, France, in celebration of the Company’s 30-year anniversary.
